Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, allowing you 14 days from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return.
To qualify for a return, your item must remain in its original condition - unworn or unused, complete with tags, and in its original packaging. Alongside your return, please include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Should you wish to proceed with a return, kindly reach out to us at Jetski@jetskifashion.com. Upon acceptance of your return request, we will provide you with instructions regarding where and how to send your package. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We will not be able to process items sent back to us without a prior return request.

Additional Rights for European Union Customers
If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order (or the last item in your order if your order was delivered in multiple shipments), without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please submit your return request through your customer account at https://shopify.com/71627669816/account or contact us at Jetski@jetskifashion.com before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.
Once you have notified us of your decision to withdraw, you must send the goods back within 14 days. Unless the item is faulty, defective, or incorrect, the cost of returning the goods is your responsibility.
If your withdrawal is valid, we will issue your refund to your original payment method within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or receiving proof that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Your refund will include the standard delivery charges paid for the original shipment. If you selected a premium or express shipping option, any additional shipping costs for that upgraded service will not be refunded.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are exempt under applicable law, including personalized or custom-made items, or other products that are not eligible for return for hygiene or consumer protection reasons once opened or used.
Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, we recommend inspecting it immediately. In the event that the item is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, kindly contact us promptly. This will allow us to assess the situation and make things right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are ineligible for returns. These include custom-made products (including personalized items or special orders), and personal care items (like beauty products). If you’re uncertain whether an item qualifies for return, please don’t hesitate to get in touch for clarification.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
To expedite the process of getting the item you desire, we recommend returning the item you have. Once your return is approved, you can proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, your original payment method will be automatically refunded. Please keep in mind that it might take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
