Return Policy
We have a 14 day return policy, allowing you 14 days from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return.
To qualify for a return, your item must remain in its original condition - unworn or unused, complete with tags, and in the original packaging. Alongside your return, please include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Should you wish to proceed with a return, kindly reach out to us at returns@jetskifashion.com. Upon acceptance of your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label and clear instructions regarding where and how to send your package. Please note that we will not be able to process items sent back to us without a prior return request.

Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, we recommend inspecting it immediately. In the event that the item is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, kindly contact us promptly. This will allow us to promptly assess the situation and make things right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are ineligible for returns. These include perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (including personalized items or special orders), and personal care items (like beauty products). Additionally, we are unable to accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you're uncertain whether an item qualifies for return, please don't hesitate to get in touch for clarification.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
To expedite the process of getting the item you desire, we recommend returning the item you have. Once your return is approved, you can proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, your original payment method will be automatically refunded. Please keep in mind that it might take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
